Anyone who knew me between the ages of 5 to 19 knew that swimming was my life. After a 20 year break (11 of which I’ve experienced daily chronic pain) I’m back to prove to myself that I’m still mentally strong and my body is still physically powerful. Looking forward to building the stamina and the meditative benefits of swimming. Wish me luck 🏊‍♀️ 💕🌊
