Van and Nonie have always had a passion for cooking. It started with family events and then turned into catering options and local Asian Festivals. Throughout all the events there was always one main question. It was "where is your restaurant?" Van and Nonie had their dream to open an Authentic Filipino restaurant together and create a legacy for their children and grandchildren. As time passed Van and Nonie never got to open their restaurant together, but Nonie opens a restaurant in memory of her dreams with her late husband. She has a desire to bring people together around the table like her and Van used to do.
