The Environmental Defenders of McHenry County is all about preserving and protecting our local environment for our health, our collective future, and our enjoyment. When we are outside enjoying nature through walking or running, for example, we are connecting with our environment and that re-enforces the need to protect it. We come full circle and become true stewards of our environmental as well as our personal health.
