Evangelical Community Hospital's Thyra M. Humphreys Center for Breast Health strives to provide comprehensive treatment and emotional and psychological support for each breast cancer survivor and her/his family.Contributions from the Ta-Ta Trot will be used to help fund the Survivorship Program at the Thyra M. Humphreys Center for Breast Health. Specific needs the Ta-Ta Trot will help fund include a one-of-a-kind survivorship assistance program to address non-medical needs, an annual breast cancer-focused couples retreat, breast cancer survivorship oriented lectures, and an I Can Cope series of educational activities for recent breast cancer survivors.
All donations to the Survivorship Program at the Thyra M. Humphreys Center for Breast Health supports and sustains initiatives, like those listed above, to enrich the lives of survivors throughout the Susquehanna Valley long after breast cancer diagnosis and treatment.
