On Sunday, June 1st, I will Run For a Cause in the 42ndAnnual Montclair Run. As a Montclair institution since 1983, Montclair Run unites and strengthens our community.
Proceeds from Montclair Run support the YMCA of Montclair's Community Health Programs, which empower our community with access to no-cost, life-changing programs like the Parkinson's Exercise Program and the YMCA Diabetes Prevention Program.
