The rich history of Neal Communities starts with our leader, Pat Neal, and the legacy he and his family have formed over more than four decades of community involvement, home building experience, and devotion to perfecting his craft. A long-standing Florida resident, family man, and businessman, as well as a former state legislator and senator, Pat Neal is a recognized community and statewide leader.
Over the years we have grown tremendously, adding several divisions and creating a fully integrated home building enterprise. We’ve learned a lot over the years about being good stewards of the land and our communities, philosophies woven through everything we do here at Neal Communities.
Before creating Neal Communities in 1974, Pat first gained experience with the family construction business. Since then his formidable enterprise has built more than 14,000 homes and several commercial ventures in Southwest Florida.
