Since becoming a Life Coach I’ve had the honor of supporting dozens of women in their transformation journey. I’ve helped them overcome lack of confidence, set realistic goals and make an action plan to achieve those goals, and cheer them on when no one else believed in them (including her own belief).
What I didn’t foresee was how many of these talented, successful women would divulge sexual, verbal, and physical abuse. I’ve seen firsthand how these horrific events have impacted their lives.
At the same time, I’m so inspired by their courage! What could have held them back and dulled their shine for the long-term didn’t. They’ve refused to give up or allow their abusers to have the last say! These women have taught me the true meaning of courage and I’m blessed to be part of their lives as their coach.
I’m dedicating my run to these women and all of the future women I’ll have the pleasure of coaching!
