At the Mental Health Association of Rochester (MHA), we're on a mission to promote mental wellness and empower individuals facing mental health challenges. Through our culturally competent programs and services, we provide a supportive environment where individuals can build skills, make informed decisions, and embark on their path to wellness. Our Vision is clear: We envision a future where the stigma surrounding mental illness is eliminated, and all members of our community have access to high-quality, easily accessible, and culturally competent mental health services, regardless of their ability to pay.
