SPENGA is a first of its kind fitness studio and it puts equal focus on all three pillars of fitness: cardio, strength and flexibility. 

Spin is the first 20 minute segment. Coaching Power- a combination of resistance and how fast you are peddling.  A Sweet Spot is assigned to all clients, which is your personal power threshold.
Strength training is the second 20 minute segment. The SPENGA workout is plateau-proof, no two workouts are the same.
The final 20 minute segment is yoga: strength-driven poses and a transition to a deeper flexibility.
