In the Winter of 2015, Penny's was born. Named after founder's daughter Penelope, Penny's Ice Cream Truck began when brothers Caleb and Benjamin Kauffman and their wives Sarah and Lindsay decided that they wanted to spread their love of ice cream to their local community of Lancaster, PA. We at Penny's strive to bring family and friends together through the simple joy of a sweet, refreshing treat. We will be serving with care, local ice cream from Carmen and David's Creamery. Our goal is to serve our City of Lancaster with a delicious product in an efficient and happy way.
