Born in Remington Virginia David Willingham has had passion for art from a young age. He began just drawing his favorite comic book and Star Wars characters for friends and family members. His interest from art stemmed from his Mom, brother and uncle.
As time went on his passion for creating grew and transformed from comics and Star Wars to landscapes, people, and life experiences.
He still continues to draw his Comic heroes from his childhood his realistic portraits of animals and people in pencil and his colorful painted landscapes are his focus.
Most of his inspiration now is pulled from memories of childhood, life experiences, time as a firefighter, love of superheroes,and the past simple times of a bygone era.
