This organization plays such an important role in our community and in the lives of people with disabilities.  My Uncle Tom is a Lambs participant and our family has seen first hand the incredible opportunities that Lambs Farm provides to over 250 participants.  You can help support the Lambs Farm mission by contributing to my fundraising efforts!
