Beacon on Bank St Counseling was established as an extension of the Market Street Mission. Our vision grew out of a desire to serve individuals, couples and families within the broader community through counseling. Having experienced great success with our in-house and family counseling programs, the Mission’s Executive Director, Dave Scott Sr., envisioned a counseling resource that could be accessible to all within the community. In 2017, with Thomas Giglio providing oversight as director and a dedicated team in place, we began to offer our extensive experience in addiction treatment, family therapy and many other counseling services to the community at large. Since then our private offices at 10 Bank Street, just off the Morristown Green, have helped hundreds of clients return to mental and spiritual vitality.
We have a dedicated team of compassionate counselors ready to provide counseling services to individuals, couples and families in areas such as: Anxiety, Trauma & Abuse, Depression, Substance Abuse, Marriage Counseling, Premarital Counseling, Blended Family Issues, Parenting, Codependency, Separation & Divorce Recovery, Interpersonal Relationship Difficulties, Substance Addiction, Sex & Pornography Addiction, Anger Management, Occupational Burnout, Grief & Loss, Pastoral & Missionary Care, Spiritual Issues, Ministry Burnout, and Compassion Fatigue.
We utilize evidence-based clinical approaches and promote a whole-person approach to counseling. Through masters-level licensed professionals, we deliver counseling services that are informed by a Christian perspective.
