Our Story: The Hornet’s Nest is owned by Dino and Anita Maniatis. Dino, who manages the day to day operations of the Hornet’s Nest, is the son of Greek immigrants who came to America in search of a better life. He was born and raised in Connecticut, leaving only for a short while to study business at Boston University. His passion for food and hospitality are the inspirations for his success.
