Fusion for a Cause 5K

Nature Worx designs and delivers experiential outdoor programs that help people connect with the healing properties of nature. Combining mindfulness, meditation and forest therapy, we go outside to go inside! Our sessions serve as an antidote to the stressful, indoors, screen-focused lifestyle that have contributed to a range of physical, mental and spiritual health issues facing us today. Since 2017, we have served more than 1,100 people, mostly veterans, teens, families as well as folks in recovery. More than 94 percent report in post-surveys that they learned ways intentional time in nature can support their well-being.
