n 1963, Edward and Michael O’Hara established E & M O’Hara Electrical Contractors, and soon developed an outstanding reputation for expert service and superior workmanship at a fair price. Today, a second generation of the O’Hara family is carrying on the family tradition. At O’Hara Electric, we’ve always had a hands-on approach to our business and our main goal is still customer satisfaction.
Our longevity is based on three core values – experience, reputation and performance. We are licensed and fully insured. Our fleet of fully equipped and manned service trucks is ready to perform any installation or repair and can handle any emergency promptly. From start to finish, we deliver quality work performed by professionals who take pride in their work.
While we are saddened by the passing of our beloved co-founders: Edward H. O’Hara in 2017 and Michael J. O’Hara in 2009, the tradition continues with the next generation of the O’Hara family. Edward G. O’Hara who oversees the business as President and CEO is a licensed electrician and graduate of The Catholic University of America. He supervises our team of expert electricians and oversees estimating and customer care. Kelly Ann Daly, who has a BS in Business Administration from Villanova University, serves as Treasurer and CFO, managing the company’s business operations.
Together with our trusted office staff, including Jim Austin, our Office Manager, Margot Cochran, our Accounts Payable Manager, and Stephany Jines, our Administrative Assistant, plus our crew of skilled electricians, we have the knowledge, expertise and experience to handle all of your electrical needs.
