WHY WE RIDE

Faced with a child’s illness, life shifts instantly, and parents enter a world of fear and worry. For parents who don’t live close to the medical care their child needs, there’s an added stress. Living expenses can quickly add up. There could be long drives from home to the hospital, worried siblings, lost jobs, and uncertainty around finding and paying for nutritious meals. These are extra burdens no family should have to experience.

With the generosity of our community, the efforts of our volunteers, staff, and local McDonald’s restaurant owner-operators, we are providing essential services that remove barriers, strengthen families, and promote healing when children need healthcare.
