Coming to America from the Calabrese town of Cosenza, Italy at the age of nine years old, Chef Roberto has created Capri Sogno's menu based off of a lifetime of cooking experience. Using only the finest in local and imported ingredients, Capri Sogno proudly prepares many old school dishes with a modern twist. Upon its inception in 1988, Capri has grown to become a Chicagoland favorite. Chef Roberto's newest location in Plainfield is a culmination of his life's work and dreams since arriving as an immigrant. This is why this Capri has the Italian word for dream attached to it, Sogno.
