Join Us in Making a Difference!
We are the Okizu Young Professionals Council (YPC), a group of dedicated and driven individuals in the Bay Area, and we stand united for a cause that is close to our hearts. On June 22, we’ll be lacing up our running shoes for the Guardsmen Presidio Race to support Okizu, an incredible organization that helps families affected by childhood cancer find healing, hope, and strength.
For families facing the unimaginable challenges of childhood cancer, Okizu provides a lifeline. Through their programs and unique camp experiences, they create a safe space where kids can just be kids again, siblings can find community and understanding, and parents can recharge and connect with others who truly understand their struggles. Simply put, Okizu helps these families heal, and your generosity can directly fuel this mission.
Your support matters. Every dollar you donate helps bring joy, support, and healing to families who need it most. Together, we can send more kids impacted by childhood cancer to Okizu’s programs, giving them life-changing opportunities to connect, grow, and find peace amidst their battles.
Here’s how you can make a difference:
- Donate Today: Your contribution, big or small, can help change lives. Whether it’s $10, $50, or $500, every dollar matters, and it adds up!
- Spread the Word: Share this fundraiser with your family, friends, and co-workers. The more people who know about Okizu's mission, the greater the impact we can make.
- Help Us Reach Our Goal: We’ve set an ambitious target to raise $1,000! With your help, we’ll celebrate every milestone along the way.
We are running this race not just to cross the finish line, but to stand with those who need us most. If you’ve been touched by a family who has battled cancer, this is your opportunity to honor their fight. Donate. Share the story. Be the difference.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your generosity and support. Together, we’re not just running—we’re healing, helping, and building a brighter future for families affected by childhood cancer.
With gratitude,
The Okizu Young Professionals Council (YPC)
