Ms. Carolyn Hogan Byrd is an Independent Director of Regions Financial Corporation. Ms. Byrd previously served as Vice President, Chief of Internal Audits as well as Director of the Corporate Auditing Department at The Coca-Cola Company. In this position, she provided leadership for the worldwide audits of The Coca-Cola Company. Ms. Byrd also served as Senior Account Officer with Citibank, N.A. in New York before joining The Coca-Cola Company. In 2018, she was named one of the “2018 Most Influential Corporate Directors” by Women Inc. . Ms. Byrd earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Fisk University and a master’s degree in finance and business administration from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
