Steps for Students is an annual event benefiting the 55 Catholic schools in the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston. Over the last 17 years, this exciting day of family fun has brought together our Catholic community for a Sunrise Mass, sanctioned 5K race and a post-race party in the Catholic School Village. In 2022, over $900,000 was raised to fund the unique needs of each of our Catholic schools.
I ask that you please help me raise funds for our Sister Parsh, Church of the Resurrection School.
It has been brought to my attention that the school is in need of new sports uniforms and equipment. The cost for these items has been determined to be $2,000; so as a result that is my goal for this event. I ask that you please donate any amount,($1,$5,$10,$25,$50,$75, $100 or more) to help me reach my goal.
On the day of the run, Saturday, February 14th, I will be celebrating the 15th year of my Ordination to the Diaconate. In addtion in my own way of fulling the covenant between our two parishes that on Sunday, February 8th, I will have completed 14 years of voluntering to serve at our sister parish here in Houston.
I ask that you please help me help the students of Resurection in this endeavor.
