The Central Connecticut Coast YMCA is a charitable, not-for-profit, community service organization dedicated to putting principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind, and body for all. The Y strengthens the foundations of communities and families through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.
Located on the shoreline, the Soundview Family YMCA opened its doors in 2010 to expand the reach of the Central Connecticut Coast YMCA. Exercise, aquatics, summer camp, family programming…we’ve got it all! The Soundview Family YMCA has a wide variety of programs for people of all ages and interests.
