1. This will be my 31st year to attend the 5K for Health fundraiser! I haven't missed ANY! Rain or shine, I am there!!
2. My 34th wedding anniversary is the next day - May 4th! Come celebrate my many years with Rick!

The 5K for Health is Saturday, May 3 at Southwick Stadium in Belton, MO and raises money for Cass Community Health Foundation's safety net dental clinic, Cass County Dental Clinic. When you donate to my fundraising page, you will help Cass Community Health Foundation provide quality dental care for children and teens who otherwise couldn't afford it. Thanks for your support!
