For as long as I can remember, running has been my constant. It isn’t just a hobby; it’s a lifelong passion that has shaped who I am. From the quiet solitude of late night training sessions (still haven't bonded with the early morning hours) to the electric energy of a race day finish line, the pavement has taught me about resilience, dedication, and the power of showing up.
A Community of Support
I haven’t run this path alone. I have been incredibly blessed with an unwavering circle of family and friends who have been my loudest cheerleaders. Their support—whether it's a "good luck" text or standing at Mile 20 with a sign—has been the ultimate fuel for my journey.
One of my greatest joys has been seeing that spark catch fire in others. There is nothing quite like the pride of watching a friend or family member transition from "I could never do that" to crossing the finish line of their first 5k, half marathon, or even a full marathon. Knowing I played a small part in welcoming them into the running community is a gift that stays with me long after the medals are put away.
Why TECH CORPS?
This year, I’m "making the miles count" by running for TECH CORPS.
Just as running opens doors to physical and mental strength, TECH CORPS opens doors to the future. They provide students with the skills, access, and excitement needed to navigate a world driven by technology. By supporting my fundraiser, you aren't just helping me reach a personal goal—you are providing "magic" in the form of education and opportunity for the next generation of innovators.
My goal is $1,314, and every dollar brings us closer to enriching the lives of students through technology.
Thank you for being part of my "support crew" once again. Let’s make some magic happen!
