The American Heart Association is the nation's largest and oldest voluntary health organization dedicated to building healthier lives, free of heart disease and stroke. To help prevent, treat, and defeat these diseases- America's No. 1 and No. 5 killers- we fund cutting-edge research, conduct lifesaving public and professional programs, and advocate to protect public health.
We are excited to fund raise through this event in order to raise awareness and fund the fight against cardiovascular disease and stroke. We hope to advocate for more research and hope to encourage awareness of the issues of women and heart disease to save more lives.
