Dr. Paula began her work early on in life as a massage therapist, but her drive towards wanting to know more about the intricacies of the bodies in which we live led her to pursue her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the University of Western States here in the Pacific Northwest.
Dr. Paula utilizes an integrative treatment approach with certifications in Sacral Occipital Technique (SOT), McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT), Craniosacral Therapy (CST), Cranial Osteopathy (CSCP), Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) and Kinesiotape.
In her free-time, Dr. Paula enjoys spending time learning, laughing and traveling with family and friends, especially her headstrong kiddo, Jasper.
