Hello friends & family
This July, I will be taking part in The Great Bicycle Tour – TGBT XXXVII. I’m so excited about it and I would like your help!
For many years my dad participated annually in The Great Bicycle Tour (TGBT) and inspired his grandkids to ride the 185-mile C&O Canal Trail with him. It was a special bonding experience for all of them and an opportunity to raise money for San Mar Family and Community Services. My dad last completed this ride the year we lost him to an aggressive brain tumor.
In memory of Harold Showalter (“Pappy” to my kids), me and others in my family have continued to ride in San Mar’s TGBT and fundraise for this solid non-profit that seeks to help, serve, and support children and families who are facing some tough situations.
