Run of Hope Seattle

I'm reaching out today with a cause that is incredibly close to my heart. For two years, I've volunteered for this amazing event, and now I've officially joined the Run for Children's Guild! This year, the fundraiser hits particularly close to home.

My dear friend's daughter was diagnosed with Ewing Sarcoma, a rare and aggressive cancer, and her journey has been nothing short of grueling. My friend shared this with me: "She spent 42 nights inpatient and had 94 doses of chemo medications and 5 surgeries." I can't imagine what it would be like to watch your child go through that as a teenager.
