Parents by Choice is a local nonprofit agency dedicated to bringing hope and healing to children, youth, and their families through a variety of essential programs. As a foster care agency, we provide temporary homes for children who have experienced neglect, abandonment, or abuse. We also offer Mental Health Services specifically designed for children in foster care. For youth aging out of the foster care system, our Transitional Housing Program provides independent living options. Additionally, our Youth Workforce Development Program supports all youth aged 16-30 in Stockton, with priority given to those in foster care.
