Adam was born in March 2025. We received a prenatal diagnosis of holoprosencephaly -- a congenital brain abnormality. I (Lauren) was induced at 39 weeks and we got to spend the most perfect 23 hours together before he passed. We absolutely love talking about Adam and sharing his memory with others.
The Journey Home is a partnership I am in the first steps of creating with funeral homes in the greater Bangor area to better serve families that hold babies in their hearts but not their arms.
