They are one of the region's only independent electrical contractors who funds their employees' five year New York State Approved Apprentice Program, where they learn to work safely and skillfully, while learning safe practices and earning an OSHA card and NYS Journeyman's Card. They invest in their employees to maintain the level of expertise their customers have come to expect, which also includes Generac generator training, periodic new product training with their supply houses, CPR training (re-certified for 2023!), periodic Code update courses, weekly safety meetings, and much more.
