5k participant with performance shirt – $35
1 mile participant with performance shirt – $35
“Silent Hero” with performance shirt – $35 (support the cause, even if you can't participate)
5k or 1 mile participant without performance shirt – $20
*All t-shirts and packets will be mailed to participants.
The mission of the Life & Breath Foundation is to provide the Sarcoidosis community with the vital resources needed to manage their care and to offer a supportive environment where they can be empowered.
Their primary goals are:
- to offer the Sarcoidosis community effective tools to track their journey, decipher medical issues and maximize their quality of life
- to provide a nurturing environment for those affected by Sarcoidosis to share their experiences and
- to build more awareness within the medical community to help combat this chronic disease.
