With 20,310’ tall Denali and surrounding Alaska Range Mountains and glaciers as its backdrop, the 135 Mile Denali Highway is the setting for the spectacular Denali135, Denali100K & Denali50K Endurance Races Endurance Race. The Denali 'Highway' was the original and only road into Denali National Park from 1957 until 1971 and it is still as breathtaking and jaw dropping today as it was more than 50 years ago.

How it works: Raise money to support a cause that matters to YOU!

This event kicks off on the summer solstice, June 21st 2025 and you have until June 7th 2025 to hit your fundraising minimum in support of the communities that inspire us to run!

The featured charity partner for this event is the Denali Education Center. This organization promotes understanding and appreciation of Denali through fun, informative, and inspiring programs! Their youth programs range from day camps to multi-day backcountry expeditions and are offered to youth of all ages and abilities. Denali Education Center is committed to offering programs to youth regardless of income level, providing scholarship opportunities as often as possible. Spirit Trips has partnered with Denali Education Center for the past five years, providing roughly 25-30 camperships to Denali and Talkeetna’s local youth! With the additional partnership through Wander Project, each charity bib runner will be able to send at least 1 or more youth to camp this summer! Those pledging at the highest level will be able to send 3-5 youth to camp with their pledge. 

Denali 135: $2000 fundraising minimum.

Denali 100k: $1000 fundraising minimum.

Denali 50k: $500 fundraising minimum.

Charity bibs for all distances have the option to support the Denali Education Center or a charity of your choice. Once you have hit 50% of your fundraising minimum, you will be sent a code to register for the race (free entry).

Please take this seriously because we have limited charity bibs available for this event and once we are full, you will be committed to raising the minimum amount or paying your fundraising difference two weeks before the event.

What is a 'Charity Bib'?

When you sign up for a Charity Bib and commit to being a fundraiser for the Denali Ultras, it means you're going to lead your own personal fundraiser and raise at least your minimum for one of our nonprofit partners OR a cause of your choice. During registration, you will be automatically prompted to create a fundraising page...you can even create a personal URL for your fundraiser. We will be here to support you through the entire journey!
