Experience the Highlands College Half Marathon, 10K, and 5K on Saturday, April 10, 2027, at Black Creek Park in Fultondale, AL.
Located just outside of Birmingham, AL, the Five Mile Creek Greenway is one of Alabama’s historic Rails to Trails courses with stunning natural beauty and shaded and wooded trails. Whether you’re pursuing a personal record or taking your first courageous step to run long-distance, the Highlands College Half Marathon offers an inclusive, community race weekend for runners from every walk of life and experience level.
Place
Parking & Shuttles
Parking will be limited, but available on-site at Black Creek Park until the lot is full. There is guaranteed, free parking in an additional lot at the Fultondale campus of Church of the Highlands. A complimentary shuttle service will run every 15 minutes from the additional parking lot to the race area at Black Creek Park.
Pacers
Pacers will be available for the Half Marathon for the following finish times: 1:45, 2:00, 2:15, 2:30, 2:45 and 3:00.
Event Cutoff Times
All runners must complete their event(s) by 11:00 a.m.
Refund Policy
All registration costs for the Highlands College Half Marathon are non-refundable. By registering for the event, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows.
