Women in Training 5K Race Training

A 10 week training program to get you ready for the Women in Training 5K Race to End Poverty. PERIOD! that will be held at Old Alabama Town on October 8th, 2022.  Training sessions will be held 3 days weekly, Monday, Wednesday, and Saturdays and will include coaching, mentoring, tips, and encouragement.  The registration fee covers the 10 week program, WIT 5K registration fee, a t-shirt, and a body composition analysis at the AUM Wellness Center's Kinesiology Laboratory.  The program will be limited to the first 25 registrants.
