HURTLE TO HELP MISSIONS 5K AND 10K

We are excited to invite you to our 1st Annual Missions 5K & 10K.   Hurtle to Help is a 5K and 10K that begins at 7 am,  Saturday, June 15th. All proceeds from this race will make possible an international Vacation Bible School and Gospel preaching Crusade in the country of Haiti.  HURTLE TO HELP is a challenging 5K and 10K course that is a combination of trails and pavement.  We have a very steep incline at the start of the race on the Eden Westside property.  This incline is short but steep! Be prepared, the course gets much easier after that point.  The trail part of this course covers about 1.1 miles. The road portion of the course includes a few inclines as your run through local neighborhoods. For the 10K runners you will in addition run into town in the City Hall and Historic District.  Our courses are USATF Certified and RRCA Recognized! (Certification codes: AL19027JE "5K"; AL19028JE "10K") All who register by June 1st will be guaranteed a shirt. We award the Top Three Overall Male and Female Finishers in both Races. We will also award 1st and 2nd place medals in each age group both male and female in both Races.  Age Groups will be 9 & under,10-12, 13-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80-99! The 5K and 10K begin and end at Eden Westside Baptist Church 223 Wolf Creek Road N Pell City, AL 35125.   Our Races will be timed by Solid Rock Timing Company, we will have a gun start and chip finish.
