Make a difference in a child’s life, join us on Thursday, November 28, 2024, at San Tan Village for our annual Gilbert Turkey Trot. 100% of all proceeds are given to local nonprofit organizations making a difference in countless children’s lives.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can my dog join us at the race?
In years past, we have welcomed dogs to participate in Turkey Trot and Fun Run. However, we are no longer able to support dogs on our race course. Furry family members are welcome as spectators if they remain leashed, but won't be permitted to accompany runners/walkers on the race course.
Can I run with my children in a stroller?
Yes, strollers are welcome but we do ask when lining up for the 5K, strollers line up in the back as to not interfere with other runners.
Can I have someone else pick up my packet?
Yes, you can have someone pick up your packet for you.
I'm not available to pick up my bib the day before the race, can I grab it the morning of the race?
We recommend packets be picked up at packet pick-up the day before the race. If that doesn't work with your work or travel schedule you are welcome to grab it the morning of the race, but please be warned the lines can be long and you need to arrive early.
Is this a medal race?
Yes, both 5k and fun run participants receive medals.
