Join the Sole Squad! Celebrate two decades of heart-healthy fun at the 20th Annual Heart & Sole 5K & 1 Mile Race—the perfect way to honor National Heart Health Month. Whether you're a serious competitor or a casual runner, this event is designed for runners of all levels. Join us at Goodyear Ballpark, 1933 S. Ballpark Way, Goodyear, AZ 83558, and be part of this special anniversary celebration!
- 8:30 a.m. - Warm-up
- 9:00 a.m. - 5K starts
- 9:05 a.m. - Rucking 5K starts
- 9:10 a.m. - 1 Mile starts
- 9:15 a.m. - Rucking 1 Mile starts
- 10:00 a.m. - Awards
PACKET PICKUP
Packet pickup will be at the Goodyear Ballpark on Friday, February 7 from 12-6 p.m. Pickup will also be available the morning of the event before the race starts beginning at 7:30 a.m.

Participants will receive a runner's packet which consists of a commemorative tee and runner's bib. All promotional giveaways are based on availability while supplies last. Finisher medals will be awarded to all runners with additional awards for the 5K race being rewarded to the top winner in each age group!

RUCKING DIVISION FAQ
What is rucking?
Rucking is the action of walking with weight on your back. Walking with a weighted rucksack (aka backpack) is a low impact exercise based on military training workouts.
What are the rucking categories/groups for this event?
Rucking weight is determined off your overall body weight. For this event we will have 2 categories/groups: Under 150lbs and Over 150lbs. Participants under 150lbs will be asked to carry a 10lbs rucksack/backpack. Participants over 150lbs will be asked to carry a 20lbs rucksack/backpack.
