The Bermuda Triathlon Association presents the Neill/Blake Triathlon Camp, back for its 10th year and once again it will be a great week of coaching and training with plenty of fun thrown in. Mike Neill and Jasper Blake are Canadian ex-pro Ironman triathletes and highly experienced coaches with a wealth of knowledge to pass on. The camp is aimed at triathletes of all levels and particularly welcomes those new to the sport who want to try it out. It is the perfect way to start out with introductory sessions for beginners and the group to help you along. For those who are more experienced, there is no better way to kick start your early season training.
This year we can look forward to:
“Bakery” brick session with group coffee and breakfast stop
Mentoring for Beginners throughout from experienced triathletes
Triathlon specific strength and conditioning training
Kinstretch classes with MY Move
Beginner coaching on triathlon fundamentals, transition techniques, training and injury prevention and beginner swim, bike and run sessions
As usual there will be at least one session per day, timed to fit in with work and life commitments. The complete camp timetable will be available shortly.
