Animal Assisted Happiness
Experience the Smiles that Only Animals Can Bring!
Located inside Baylands Park, Animal Assisted Happiness provides barnyard buddies so children and their family members can 'experience the smiles only animals can bring'. Founded in 2009, the mission of AAH is to enrich the lives of youth with needs through barnyard animal interactions at the Smile Farm and mobile visits, creating moments of joy and happiness throughout the AAH community. Their vision is a "Million Smiles".
AAH has graciously invited all those who register for our event a special entry to their Smile Farm between 11:30 and 2:00, located on the north side of the parking lot at Baylands. Their Barnyard Buddies include mini-horses, a mini-donkey, alpacas, goats, sheep, rabbits, guinea pigs, pot-bellied pigs, chickens, ducks, and doves. AAH is typically closed on this day, but they have opened up their gates for the supporters of The BRAIN Foundation! Visit the AAH website to learn more about their organization.
