What’s included?
VIP packet pickup at the expo, dedicated free VIP parking, an indoor VIP room by the start/finish (open before, during, and after the races), reserved indoor restrooms, a separate VIP bag check, a VIP welcome bag, Saturday coffee and course preview with Bart Yasso, and a pre-race continental breakfast on Sunday. The swag option adds a festival quarter-zip and the new In-Training short sleeve.

Where is the VIP room?
On the second floor of ArtsQuest both Saturday and Sunday — take the stairs or elevator to the right of the movie theater entrance.
VIP room hours?
- Saturday: 6:00 AM – noon
- Sunday: 6:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Where do I park?
In the VIP lot on 2nd Street — you’ll need the VIP parking pass from your packet. Saturday: roads into the lot close 7:30–7:50 AM for the 5K, and you can’t exit 9:00–9:30 AM during the 10K start. Parking map
Where do I pick up my bib?
Friday 12–7 PM at the expo, or Saturday 10 AM–2 PM outside ArtsQuest. Need your packet brought to the VIP room? Email Amy.
Can I leave things in the VIP room while I run?
Yes — there’s a VIP bag check.
When do I get my VIP swag?
Amy will have it for you when you arrive at the VIP room.
When is coffee with Bart Yasso?
Saturday at 11:00 AM. Race host, course designer, and Running Hall of Famer Bart Yasso will walk you through the half marathon course.
What’s at Sunday’s continental breakfast?
Bagels with cream cheese, peanut butter, butter, and jelly; muffins and pastries; fresh fruit; and hot coffee and tea.
