For Friends & Family

Coming to cheer? Here’s what you need. More details are in the Runner FAQ.

Where do I park?

See the parking map. On Saturday, Free Lots 1, 2, and the VIP lot are closed to entry 7:30–7:50 AM, and cars can’t exit 9:00–9:30 AM. If you need to come or go then, park on the street south of 3rd Street or in the Polk Street Garage (413 E. 3rd St., $10).

Where’s the best place to cheer?

  • Start/Finish, SteelStacks & Levitt Lawn: the loudest zone, with the finish-line party.
  • Columbia Street Aardvark Sports Shop Cheer Station: where the courses turn back toward the finish.
  • Half Marathon Aardvark Sports Shop Cheer Zones: Main & W. Lehigh Streets and Main & W. Market Streets.

See the course maps to plan your route.

How do I get to the Trail Run?

Take the free shuttle from the lot behind PBS at ArtsQuest (2:15–4:00 PM). There’s no spectator parking at the trail start, and riders must be over 4. See the Trail Run FAQ.

Can I bring my pet?

For safety and insurance reasons, no pets. Service animals are welcome.

Can I bring food and drink?

Outside food and drink are fine; no alcohol.

What food is available?

Food is for sale inside ArtsQuest — breakfast sandwiches all day, plus lunch after the 10K and Half.

Where are the bathrooms?

In the Visitor Center next to the Levitt Lawn (past the Mack Truck concession stand) and inside ArtsQuest.

Where is medical help?

At the medical tent at the finish line, with medical and safety staff along each course.

When are the awards ceremonies?

  • Trail Run: Friday, about 5:30 PM near the trail finish
  • Kids Run: Friday, 6:30 PM outside ArtsQuest
  • 5K: Saturday, 8:15 AM, Levitt Lawn
  • 10K: Saturday, 10:30 AM, Levitt Lawn
  • Half & Relay: Sunday, 10:30 AM, Levitt Lawn

What’s the weather policy?

Rain or shine. In extreme weather, the race directors will decide whether events are modified, delayed, or canceled.

Is there a lost and found?

Yes, at the bib pickup table. Items are held two weeks, then donated where possible. Email info@runegades.com.
