Our courses are open-pathway routes — meaning they’re held on pedestrian-friendly trails like beach paths, park loops, and river trails. They’re car-free, safe, and full of good energy. Whether you're racing for a PR or strolling in costume, you'll be on a scenic route with no traffic to worry about.

👟 Because these are shared public spaces, you may pass by other walkers, joggers, or casual strollers who didn’t sign up — but that’s part of the CaliFlow charm. Just stay aware and respectful of those around you.

🎧 Pro tip: Save the Metallica for your post-race drive. Please keep the volume low enough to hear voices and instructions around you.

 Parking Info – Easy, Close & Beachfront

Parking is just a few steps from the start line at 5400 E Ocean Blvd, Long Beach, CA 90803.

🛣️ Street Parking:
Free along Ocean Blvd and down the Peninsula. Just be mindful of posted signs.

The beach lot opens 1 hour before sunrise and closes at 10 PM.

Payment required from 8 AM to 6 PM daily, including holidays.

Self-park lot (unattended) — no overnight parking.

No commercial vehicles, RVs, or campers allowed. Only boat trailers permitted.

Accepted vehicles: automobiles, motorcycles, pickup trucks, and SUVs.
