Celebrate The New Year With Us! Join us for 2025 and help us make it even better! We're giving out some goodies to the first couple registrations so don't miss out and register now!
Our Half Marathon course is roughly 90% on a trail with the remaining 10% on asphalt. Below is a quick overview of the course.
The start of the course is near the famous Merry Go Round on Fire Road.
Mile 1: Upper Old Zoo Trail
Mile 2: Bill Eckert Trail (Hills with beautiful views!)
Miles 3-5: Mainly downhill on asphalt
Miles 6 & 7: Rolling Hills (Tetris)
Mile 8: All downhill
Miles 9-13: Quick flat trail to the finish!
Our 12K shares the same start line as the Half Marathon.
Miles 1 & 2: You will pass through the old Griffith Park Zoo and zoom through some hills
Mile 3: All downhill
Miles 4-7: Quick flat trail to the finish!
Our morning warm up will be led by Pasadena Basecamp Fitness

For the 5K, the first 250 registrations will receive a soft flask water bottle!

Please bring your ID and registration confirmation email (electronic or printed)
You can pick up for your friend's packets if you have a copy of their ID.
If you cannot make it to packet pickup you can still pick up race morning starting at 6:15am at your corresponding start line! Bib pickup will be closing 10 minutes prior to the start time of each event.
Late registration is still available at packet pickup and race morning. We will NOT be accepting any cash payments unless it's exact change.
We will be starting promptly, please plan accordingly!
Parking & Directions
Additional parking is available at Lot One at the Merry Go Round as well as south of the race area
Half Marathon starts at 7:15AM near the Merry Go Round parking lot on Fire Rd.
12K starts at 7:45AM near the Merry Go Round parking lot on Fire Rd.
5K starts at 8:20AM at the Shane’s Inspiration area
