Half Marathon
Sunday, June 14, 2026 - 7:15AM
Join us for the 2nd annual Old Zoo Half Marathon! This event starts and ends at the Old Los Angeles Zoo area and features a half marathon and a 12K course. Both courses are relatively flat and lead you through scenic trails. Grab your running gear and join us!
This year's commemorative animal medal will be an elephant . Join us and collect your unique finisher medal!
Given that last year's registration sold out completely, we strongly encourage you to register early to secure your spot, as space is limited.

Age Requirements
Half Marathon
- all participants must be at least 13 years old on race day
12K
- all participants must be at least 11 years old on race day
Race Day Schedule
Registration and bib pickup is available starting at 6:15AM at the start/finish area - 4801 Griffith Park Dr. Los Angeles, CA 90027
Registration and bib pickup will be closing 10 minutes before the start of each race to allow for a prompt start!
Half Marathon event starts at 7:15AM.
12K event starts at 7:45AM.
Awards Ceremony starts at 9:00AM.

Half Marathon Overall Awards
- Top M/F winners of the half marathon will each receive a $250 gift card.
- 2nd M/F winnners of the half marathon will each receive a $150 gift card to Run With Us Pasadena, courtesy of Run With Us Pasadena
- 3rd M/F winners of the half marathon will each receive a $50 gift card.
Half Marathon Age Group Awards
Top 3 M/F winners in each age group will be announced in our awards ceremony
- Half Marathon: 14 & Under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29,..., 70+
12K Overall Awards
- Top M/F winners of the 12K will each receive a $150 gift card to Run With Us Pasadena, courtesy of Run With Us Pasadena
- 2nd M/F winnners of the 12K will each receive a $50 gift card.
- 3rd M/F winners of the 12K will each receive a free entry to the 2027 Old Zoo Half Marathon & 12K
12K Age Group Awards
Top 3 M/F winners in each age group will be announced in our awards ceremony

Awards will not be given out prior to the start of the awards ceremony. Awards cannot be mailed or picked up at a later date/time.

Packet Pickup
Packet pickup will be available at Run With Us - Pasadena (235 N. Lake Avenue, Pasadena, CA 91101) on June 13th from 11 am to 4 pm. You can also pick up your packet on race morning starting at 6:30 am. Late registration will be available at packet pickup and on race morning at the start location.
Please bring your ID and registration confirmation email (electronic or printed) to packet pickup. You can pick up a friend's packet if you have a copy of their ID.
