Athletes begin their race with a calm swim in Lake Mission Viejo, Bike on paved roads, and run on streets, bike paths, and trails back to Lake Mission Viejo.
The event also features an Olympic Distance Duathlon, which subs out the 1500 meter swim for a 2K run,
Also available is an Olympic and Sprint Aquabike, swim/bike only, and a 5K run that starts and finishes at the Lake, and a Youth (7-15 year old's) Splash & Dash (swim/run)!
Each participant receives a premium souvenir shirt, a finisher medal, and post race refreshments.
