CALLING ALL HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETES AND YOUTH COACHES!
Set yourself up for success using the skills and insight that sustained the 12-year professional running career of a 3-time Olympian and former 3-time American Record holder.
ABOUT IMAGINING MORE FOUNDATION (IMF) 2024 YOUTH EMPOWERMENT THROUGH SPORT RUNNING CAMP:
Spanning 2 consecutive days, the IMF's Youth Empowerment Through Sport Running Camp will be hosted at Concord High School and offers Bay Area High School athletes (including incoming freshmen) and coaches the opportunity to interact with Olympians, world-class athletes and coaches.

CAMP DATES / TIMES:
Saturday, July 27, 2024: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Sunday, July 28, 2024: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
TARGET PARTICIPANTS:
High school athletes (including incoming freshmen) and youth coaches
ALL PARENTS WITH CHILDREN ATTENDING CAMP:
Sign up by July 14 to attend two FREE talks on both Saturday and/or Sunday afternoon (details available in our store during registration)
THE FOLLOWING TOPICS ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC: (MUST REGISTER: $20 fee per day if you DO NOT have a child attending the camp)
- Sat, July 27 - 2:30 - 4:45 pm: Fueling for Success in Sport + Demystifying the College Recruiting Process
- Sun, July 28 - 2:00 - 4:15 pm: Mindfulness & Focus for Performance + The 5 Keys to a Medalist Mindset: Goals, Foundation, Mind, Routine, Team
CAMP AGENDA / GOALS:
This Camp will include the following daily activities:
- 2 Warmup & Workout Sessions led by a 3-time Olympian
- 2 Recovery Meals
- Educational Topics designed to to achieve the following camp goals:

- Learn the warmup, workout, recovery and strength training skills of a 3-time Olympian.
- Identify how to recognize & address physical weaknesses to avoid injury.
- Explore different running gear and find the right running shoe characteristics for your body.
- Learn how to adopt nutrient dense snacks and an athlete's plate to fuel for success.
- Discover the unique fueling needs for women and girls.
- Develop essential skills to improve physical, mental, emotional and social health.
- Use mindfulness to focus on what is important now to unlock your optimal performance
- Understand how to leverage your unique talents and demystify the college recruiting process.
- Explore how to develop an Olympic mindset
- Recognize how participating in sport, team bonding and team work can enhance your school experience and lead to higher levels of academic and career success.
- Discover the joy, sense of accomplishment, empowerment and lifelong friendships that the running community has to offer.
REGISTRATION FEE - 2 DAY CAMP:
*$20 + Processing Fee (by 7/20/2024)

* The Registration Fee includes the following:
- Pre-Workout & Post-Workout Fueling/Recovery Snacks
- Lunch
- Registration Materials & Handouts
- Complimentary copy of Shannon Rowbury's recently published book "Medalist Mindset - The Workbook"
- Laminated copy of the Pre and Post Workout Skills and Drills that helped sustain Shannon's 13 year professional running career
- Athlete Training Kit (including):
