Open water swim clinics at Spring Hill with waterfront director, Daphne Rowe.  

CHOOSE 5 OUT OF THE 8 DATES
cost is $50 for 5 sessions.

Please email Daphne at phitnessbydaphne@me.com with the dates you are attending.
$15 drop in- (you must notify Daphne the night before the session if you plan on dropping in the following day)
