  • On our Top Fundraising Team Page there is two tabs. Individual & Team
    • If you want to join a Fundraiser Team - Look for them on the Fundraising Team Page then
    • Click on the View button, which will take you that Team's Page (or get the unique url from your team captain).
    • Under the Team Page you will see a "Register & Join this Team Fundraiser". This will register for the RACE and also create a fundraising page for you under that Team Name. 
    • If you are looking to make only a Donation under this team, rght after "Register & Join this Team Fundraiser" you have the option of Making A Donation.
    • Donation Amount - enter how much you would like to Donate. Your donation will now be associated with this team.

To get started, click the link above to start your own fundraising page.The process of becoming a fundraiser is very straightforward and begins with you entering in "Your Fundraiser Name". By default, fundraiser names auto-fill to be your name if logged in, because you are the fundraiser.
IMPORTANT: "Your Fundraiser Name" is not a "Fundraising Team Name". "Fundraising Teams" are groupings of "Fundraisers" working towards a collective goal, which is why the norm for "Fundraiser Names" is usually your name.

During Registration
  Step by Step:
    Click --> Become a Fundraiser.
    Enter in a name for your Fundraiser ( your name) 
    Enter in a goal for your new Fundraiser
    Create Your Custom Fundraiser URL (something that you can easily share with others)
    Fundraiser Image 
    Add a message to describe your Fundraiser
Complete your registration
Every registrant can create a customizable fundraising page. We hope you will send to at least 1 friend and ask them to support your efforts to raise funds for Victory for Victims.  At a minimum you will be raising awareness for this important cause.

How to Join or Create A New Teams ( Not a Fundraiser Team)

  Here is how you create/join Group-Teams. This option is used for group/team competition and also to group teams to be picked up at the early Thursday Team Packet Pick Up. You must have at least 10 members to create/join a team. If you have more than 10 members in your group/team you will be considered for the fastest 3 times Team Awards. Also, if you have more than 10 members in you group then you qualify to pick up at the Thursday Team Packet Pick Up. 
If you create a new team you will be added as the team captain/leader. If you are a team captain/leader for a team please contact us and we will add you as the team captain for your team.
  Create a Group During Registration
 Click Sign Up to begin the registration process to register for the Race

  • Enter in all participant information
  • When selecting the event click Group/Team
  • From the pop-up select Create New Group/Team
  • Select a Group/Team Type ( Family, Corporate,etc)
  • Type in a Group/Team Name ( Awesome Team A)
  • If prompted you may create an Optional Group/Team Password
    Click Continue


The Center for Assault Treatment Services is hosting its 17th Annual Victory for Victims Walk/Run on Saturday, April 20, 2019, at Woodley Park (site 1), Van Nuys, CA.

There are fabulous finish line festivities, which include free food and drinks, cool down massage lounge, fitness, health and business expos, Kids fun zone and much more! 

Race Day Schedule:  

  • 6:30 am - Same Day Registration Opens  
  • 7:00 am - Opening Ceremonies, Expo Opens and Aerobic Warm Up 
  • 8:00 am - 10K Starts
  • 8:15 am - 5K Starts
  • 9:00 am - Awards Ceremony
  • 9:30 am - Kids Fun Run Starts
  • 9:50 am - Easter Egg Hunt (age 9 and under)
  • 10:15 am - AKC 1-Mile Friendly Dog Walk

Group/Team Packet Pick Up: Thursday, April 18th (9 am - 3 pm)

  • Group/Teams must have a minimum of 10 members.
  • Team leaders can pick up their team packets on Thursday.

Individual Early Packet Pick Up: Friday, April 19th (Noon -5:00 p.m)

  • If you sign up for this event you are recommended to pick up ath the early packet pick up
  • Registration will be available online and also at the early packet pick up.
  • Location: Woodley Park, 6350 Woodley Ave., (site 1), Van Nuys, Park EAST side of Woodley Ave. (South of Victory)

Join the Movement: Help Break the Silence and Stop the Abuse!
The Center for Assault Treatment Services (C.A.T.S.), is a part of Dignity Health Northridge Hospital Medical Center. It is the only 24/7/365 days a year program in the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valleys providing forensic medical evidentiary examinations and interviews at no cost to the child and adult victims of domestic, sexual assault, abuse and human trafficking.  All proceeds from Victory for Victims will benefit C.A.T.S. 



The 10K Run begins at 8 am. The 5K Walk/Run begins at 8:15 am. The Kids Fun Run begins at 9:30 am. AKC 1-Mile Friendly Dog Walk begins at 10:15 am. All courses are fun, fast, and flat. Both 10K & 5K races start and finish inside Woodley Park and go through Lake Balboa Park.  Kids Fun Run & Dog Walk remain inside Woodley Park.

Kids Fun Run

The Kids Fun Run is for Kids 9 and under.  It is a 1K (.6 mile) flat course going around the Expo Area in the park.  Parents can accompany small children at no cost. Come meet the Easter Bunny.
All participants receive a finisher medal!

Vendors Information

VENDORS Information:

We highly recommend to set up the day before the event.  Staff and volunteers will be at the event location on Friday from 8:30am - 5pm.

  • Individual packet pick-up and Early registration is on Friday from 12 - 5pm. at Woodley Park (site 1), Van Nuys, (South of Victory event location)

  • TEAM packet pick-up is THURSDAY, from 9am - 3pm at 8210 Etiwanda Ave., Reseda, CA 91335. 


Parking at the event:

Please arrive early:  Registration opens at 6:30 a.m., Staff and volunteers will be there as early as 5:00 a.m.,we will have a check in list with your assigned booth number. Each vendor will have 1 parking space.  VIP parking check in list is to the left and regular parking is to the right. Please be sure that you unload and then park your car immediately (we will have volunteers to assist you).  We have hundreds of people and need to make sure everyone can get in and out quickly.  Please be careful driving, we do have our AKC 1-Mile Friendly Dog Walk.
