Ventura's coastal location and proximity to Los Angeles (63 miles northwest) make it a popular destination for those seeking a weekend escape, outdoor activities, and the relaxed atmosphere of a beachside town. The waterfront area offers shopping, dining, and recreational activities. It's a pleasant place to stroll around and explore during a weekend visit. The Four Points by Sheraton Ventura Harbor Resort and Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Ventura Harbor are highly recommended and conveniently located near Ventura Harbor Village.

12 EVENT OPTIONS. 6 Olympic distance events (Triathlon, RunBikeRun, SwimBike, SwimRun, 1640 Yard Swim & 10K Run) and 6 Sprint distance events (Triathlon, RunBikeRun, SwimBike, SwimRun, 400 yard Swim & 5K Run). Ages 18+ only. Triathlon = swim + bike + run. Typically, the swim and run distances are standard but the bike distance varies from race to race.
